Repositioning and relaunching the multi-national user experience software and service company, UserZoom, as the world’s most complete UX research solution.

To reposition UserZoom's digital products, we introduced the software package UserZoom GO for their new design-led, rapid iterating audience; and maintained UserZoom as the flagship enterprise solution.

We worked alongside the UserZoom product team to bring the software dashboards and experience in line with the new brand design language. We also applied the brand to UserZoom’s Zendesk, Influitive and Skilljar instances for a more cohesive brand experience across their digital platforms.

On the launch of UserZoom's website we saw an immediate, significant and sustained improvement in user engagement. The bounce rate dropped by 42% overnight and remained at that level. With an average of 17k weekly visits, we had 112% increase in page views and
increase in time spent on the site.
