Hala

The everyday is everything. How Hala’s e-hailing service kept the Middle East moving forward.

What’s the truth?

Dubai is a land of glitz and glam, with luxury at every turn. Even more reason for your journey not to be. Hala, a ride-hailing service, runs on something far more ordinary: the rhythm of everyday life. And its brand needed to cruise at the same pace.

How’d we turn it up?

We knew Hala wouldn’t get very far on more frills and flair. Instead, we helped them undercut the region’s extravagance to create a ride—and identity—that arrives exactly as expected, fuelled by the idea ‘Everyday is Everything’.

"Hala has always been a brand with so much to share, but for a long time there was a barrier in how that story reached our customers. Internally we knew the potential was there, and with HOW+HOW we’ve unlocked it. Today, we have a brand we can truly be proud of, one that mirrors who we are as an organization and reflects our aspirations with clarity and confidence. From the start, Rog and Cat’s teams set the tone, not just talented, but genuinely kind people to work with.

"What makes this even more special is that it was all done virtually. Despite never meeting in person, they understood the heart of Hala and brought it to life with extraordinary sensitivity and creativity. As we reveal our new brand, we’re not only celebrating a visual refresh, but a renewed sense of pride, energy, and purpose, and that’s thanks to H+H."
